The following is issued on behalf of the Legislative Council Secretariat:
 
     As the Hong Kong Observatory has announced that the Strong Wind Signal No. 3 will be issued at 10.20am today (November 14), the President of the Legislative Council ("LegCo") has directed that the LegCo meeting will resume at 12.30pm today.
      
     Additionally, the service of the LegCo Public Complaints Office and public services in the LegCo Complex, including the guided tours of the Complex or education activities for Members' visitors and schools, the LegCo Library and the LegCo Archives, will gradually return normal.
