CE to attend GBA iForum cum Dinner 2025 in Shenzhen

     The Chief Executive, Mr John Lee, will depart for Shenzhen tomorrow afternoon (January 10) to attend the GBA iForum cum Dinner 2025 co-organised by the Federation of Hong Kong Industries and relevant organisations from Guangdong and Hong Kong. The Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Erick Tsang Kwok-wai, and the Secretary for Innovation, Technology and Industry, Professor Sun Dong, will also attend.

     The theme of this year's event is "Forging the Future Together: Shenzhen and Hong Kong's Collaborative Efforts towards Technological Innovation and New Quality Production". It is an annual highlight for the business community in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, gathering members of the industrial and commercial sectors, academics, and representatives of the governments and enterprises of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao to discuss new development opportunities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

     Mr Lee will return to Hong Kong in the evening on the same day.
