Refuge Centre for Women

Introduction

To provide temporary accommodation service for women, who are facing domestic violence or family crisis, and their children; the period of stay is usually 2 weeks with the maximum extension to 3 months when necessary.

Women, with or without children, who are facing domestic violence or family crisis.

Operating Hours

On a 24-hour-basis throughout the year.

Enquiry and Application

Direct applications to Refuge Centres by calling the 24-hour hotlines, or by referrals from social workers, the Police, medical practitioners, staff from relevant government departments or Non-governmental Organisations, school personnel or other helping professionals providing services to people who are facing domestic violence or family crisis.
