Invitation for Proposals for the Operation of the Social and Care Support Service under the Residential Care Services Scheme in Guangdong

The Social Welfare Department is now inviting Non-governmental Organisations and the bona-fide non-profit making charitable organisations granted tax-exemption status under section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance, Chapter 112, to submit Proposals for the Operation of the Social and Care Support Service under the Residential Care Services Scheme in Guangdong.

Details of the Briefing Session is as follows -

Briefing Session 

The applicant organisations should submit the proposal as per the requirements set out in the Service Specifications.  Proposals submitted not using the prescribed Application Form will NOT be accepted.

The proposal should be submitted under seal to the following address by hand at or before 5:00 p.m. on 7 February 2025 (Friday).

Late proposal, proposal by email or facsimile will not be accepted.  In case the black rainstorm signal or the No.8 tropical cyclone or above is hoisted between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on the closing date, the closing time for submitting proposals will be extended to 5:00 p.m. on the first ensuing working day.
