Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. A winter monsoon is bringing cold and dry weather to the coast of Guangdong. Meanwhile, the weather is mainly fine over the region. Weather forecast for today Mainly fine and dry. The minimum temperature in the morning will be about 13 degrees in the urban areas. It will be generally cold and temperatures will be significantly lower over the New Territories. The maximum temperature will be around 19 degrees during the day. Moderate to fresh east to northeasterly winds, occasionally strong offshore and on high ground. Outlook : Cloudier with temperatures slightly rising in the following couple of days. Mainly fine with rather cool mornings in the latter part of this week.
