Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. The winter monsoon is bringing generally fine and very dry weather to the coast of Guangdong. Locally, the relative humidity over the territory stayed at 30 per cent or below in the afternoon. The relative humidity once fell to 12 per cent at Shek Kong, the lowest record in January since 1996 at that station. And the relative humidity once fell to 9 per cent at Chek Lap Kok, the second lowest record in January since 1997 at that station. Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow Mainly fine. Very dry at first. The minimum temperature tomorrow morning will be about 13 degrees in the urban areas. It will be generally cold and temperatures will be a few degrees lower over the New Territories. The maximum temperature will be around 19 degrees during the day. Moderate to fresh east to northeasterly winds, occasionally strong offshore and on high ground tomorrow. Outlook : Cloudier with temperatures slightly rising in the following couple of days. Mainly fine with rather cool mornings in the latter part of this week.
