Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. The winter monsoon now affecting the coast of Guangdong is moderating gradually. Meanwhile, a band of clouds is covering the region and the northern part of the South China Sea. Besides, an easterly airstream is affecting the coast of southeastern China gradually. Weather forecast for today Dry with sunny periods. Moderate to fresh east to northeasterly winds, occasionally strong offshore and on high ground. Outlook : Cloudier with temperatures slightly rising in the next couple of days. Mainly fine with rather cool mornings in the latter part of this week.
