N1 On 21 June 1999, Mr. Cecil Yow entered into an agreement
with Mr. Heung Wah Keung selling his entire 40% interest in
Glenstone Investments Limited, a company wholly owns Dorest
Company Limited which holds 126,566,100 shares of the
Company, to Mr. Heung Wah Keung. Therefore, as at 21 June
1999 Mr. Cecil Yow ceased to have a deemed corporate
interest in the 126,566,100 shares of the Company held by
Dorest Company Limited.

more than 33.33% interests in Hing Kong Holdings Ltd.
