The Exchange has received notifications from Sun Man Tai Holdings
Company Limited ("Sun Man Tai") pursuant to Section 20 of the
Securities (Disclosure of Interests) Ordinance ("SDIO") reporting
the findings of an investigation conducted by Sun Man Tai pursuant to
Section 18 of the SDIO.  The parties reporting share interests in
Sun Man Tai as at 20 Oct 2000 are listed below with their corresponding
