        Investment Limited and Hon Kwok for the acquisition of 60%
        interest in Guangdong Parking Limited by Careful Action Limited
        on 31st March, 2003  The acquisition will be completed on the
        third business day after all the conditions have been fulfilled.
        As James Sai Wing Wong is interested in more than one-third of
        the share capital in Hon Kwok, therefore he is deemed to be
        interested in these shares.
