Following is the transcript (English portion) of remarks by the Acting Secretary for Security, Mr Lai Tung-kwok, on a traffic accident in Zhejiang involving the disciplined services exchange delegation this afternoon (October 28):
Reporter: Can you tell me what has exactly happened?
Acting Secretary for Security: This morning, at about sometime after nine o'clock. Members of the Hong Kong Disciplined Services Exchange Delegation encountered a traffic accident at Linhai area in Zhejiang. During the accident, six members of the delegation were wounded. Four of them were slightly wounded while the other two were a bit more serious. All of them have been admitted to local hospital for medical treatment.
