International Air Cadet Exchange Programme 2024

The Hong Kong Observatory and Hong Kong Air Cadet Crops arranged a visit to the Observatory’s headquarters on 17 July 2024 to air cadets from mainland China, France and the Philippines. Through lectures and tours, Observatory staff explained basic aviation meteorology to the cadets and introduced the operations of different weather observation instruments and production of TV weather programmes. The Observatory will continue to promote meteorological knowledge through partnerships and collaborations.
