SCMA to visit Chengdu

     The Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Raymond Tam, will visit Chengdu, Sichuan Province, on June 11 (Sunday) to attend a dinner reception in celebration of the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and a celebration activity.

     During the visit, Mr Tam will meet with officials of the Sichuan provincial government as well as Hong Kong people doing business and working in Chengdu.

     Mr Tam will return to Hong Kong in the morning on June 12. During his absence, the Under Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs, Mr Ronald Chan, will be the Acting Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs.
